Hello friends and family! What a crazy and busy summer! We left off at the beginning of June. I finished off swimming lessons and also spent some time at the children's museum with my sister and parents. Here we are saving a baby in an ambulance and flying an airplane.
On the 9th, we traveled to one of my Mom's favorite past time spots. The Baty cabin in McGregor, Iowa. Located on the mighty Miss! I got to catch up with my old pal Josie and dip my toes in the cool river. It was a rainy day but we still had a blast!
The weekend of the 15th, we had our Eaton family reunion. We spent Friday afternoon at the Maquoketa Caves with our cousins.
Saturday, we had the whole Eaton family over for fun and food. We even brought our bouncy house over for some jumping fun.
Sunday, we went to the caves again with our other cousins from California. Such a great time!

I started summer school on June 26th. It was just for a couple of hours about a dozen times over the summer. It helped me keep up with reading and math and they had lots of extra fun stuff to do.
I visited the University of Iowa on June 28th. I weighed 41.9lbs and was 3 feet 9 1/2 inches tall. Staying steady in the weight department. Later that night, we had the Unruh's over for a BBQ. Here we are eating dinner at our play house.
For the 4th of July, we went down town Cedar Rapids for the fireworks show. Here we are with our neighbor Lauren and our giant cotton candies.
Two days later, we put up our new pool! It is 9ft by 18ft and is 56 inches deep. We have enjoyed lots of days in this pool this summer :)
July 19th, we traveled to Lake View, Iowa for the annual Otteman family reunion. We had fun playing frisbee, shuffle board and they even had a carnival in town. We got to see a few parades and ride some rides.

Well, that takes us through the months of June and July. Whew!
